Carrie began her career as a systems engineer at Hewlett-Packard Medical, where she spent 15 years advancing through leadership positions in engineering, sales, marketing, and global operations. Her experience included an international assignment in Geneva, providing valuable perspective on managing teams, markets, and business relationships across different environments.

She later served as Assistant Dean at Dartmouth’s Thayer School of Engineering, where she mentored student entrepreneurs and helped connect emerging businesses with investors, industry professionals, and other resources needed to move their ideas forward. Most recently, Carrie led marketing and communications for an industrial automation company, helping strengthen its market position and support growth across energy, life sciences, and advanced manufacturing.

Throughout her career, Carrie has built a reputation for bringing people, ideas, and opportunities together.
